CAP Money Coaching
Money coaching is a free service designed to empower you with the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to better manage your finances. Anyone can benefit – from seasoned budgeting experts to those struggling to get to grips with their spending.
Money coaching has been designed and developed by CAP. We’ve drawn on our more than 25 years of experience helping tens of thousands of people take control of their finances to bring you a money management course that really works.
At Carrickfergus Vineyard we’re passionate about seeing people empowered and set free from worries about money, that’s why we host CAP’s Money coaching service several times a year. The next CAP Money Coaching course will be running from 21st May for three consecutive Tuesday evenings.
Meet the team
Andrew & Gina
We have been Money Coaches with Christians Against Poverty (CAP) for over 10 years. We have the privilege of facilitating budgeting skills courses for church groups, community groups and individuals.
No matter what a person’s income is, if it isn’t managed well it can cause stress and anxiety. Life can bring so many challenges and we believe worrying about money shouldn’t be one of them.
We are passionate about helping people learn simple effective skills to manage whatever income is available to them.
We love it when people contact us months or even years after completing the course and telling us what a difference it has made!
We would encourage everyone to come along to a course and take the opportunity to think about how they manage their finances, you never know what you might learn!

I have found that organising your money to pay bills and for regular use, can be stressful. Different spending priorities within a relationship, can also add to this pressure. I have found the CAP course very beneficial in sorting my money to keep on top of any spending. The opportunity to support others, financially, is a privilege.

We did the CAP Money Course just after we’d welcomed our daugher into the world. As new parents it wasn’t a surprise that we were a little daunted by what was to come, especially with our finances.
The CAP Money Course taught us how to budget well and the CAP Money system just made complete sense and once you have done the course you get lifetime access to ‘CAP Money Online’, where you can edit your budget worksheet, re-watch the short videos that you watch in group and you’re able to get help should your budget not balance.
We would whole heartedly recommend the CAP Money Course to anyone and everyone, and we mean that! It is such a helpful tool and we’re glad we did the Money Course.
This should be taught in every school it’s that good!
